Well, there will be a parliament but every one must follow the Word of Bob. Since I am the Chief Sandwichmaker Sent From Bob and understand the Will of Bob I have final veto power. Cavtrooper is Second-In-Command on Such matters, but First in veto powers on all things to do with the Army of Bob. This creates a balance of powers.
